Hi guys,
I'd like to know if you, specifically Dannn and Chris, have any suggestions regarding the effectiveness of disclaimers and similar legal precautions.
What precautions should a website owner take when dealing with products in a legal gray zone? (i.e. Kratom, Modafinil, Ostarine)
Do disclaimers like "This doesn't constitute legal or medical advice..." actually protect the website owner in any meaningful way?
I know Chris has spoken about his "shoot first, deal with problems if / when they arise" mentality before. Does that also apply to legal issues in your opinion?
I understand that nobody on this forum can give legal advice. I'm just looking for the way you guys think about these issues.
Thank you.
