How important is "progressive overload" and routine choice for PE? - by: Time2GetLaid

Obviously progressive overload is important for normal strength training. A book on PE I read said that the time of stretches and jelqs had to increase over time to make gains, but progressive overload in working out typically refers to increasing weight, not time.

My problem is that I followed beginners progression and slowly increased the time, but I found that my dick seemed to be overworked with the increases. For example, I did GLL's stretching routine, which is 12 total stretch angles with 30 seconds each. I increased this each week by 5 seconds. What I would like to try is not increasing that time at all and just do the 12 angles 30 seconds each for a few months, but I wanted to ask what you think to get your opinion about it.

When jelqing, I started at 10 minutes and added 30 seconds per week.

I continued these exercises for 5+ weeks and didn't see much gain but my penis seemed to tolerate the work more, though it also was weakened.

I have a bathmate I could use but it's inconvenient having to shave my crotch and take it out of my safe all the time. I don't do kegels because I'm already good in bed and have no trouble keeping erections (thanks to no porn / masturbation).

So my question is, do you think just stretching and jelqing the same length of time over months would be effective?
