Osta vs lgd for first time bulk - by: mitchelldog123

Hey i have been reading a lot about lgd and ostarine and am having trouble deciding which one to try for first cycle. I am 24 and been lifting for 9 years all natty. I have been stuck at a plateu for a while so want to try one of these to help get me through. Im naturally pretty lean so plan on bulking. ill list my pros and cons of what i've been reading for each one and would love some feedback and help deciding, as well as PCT help.

LGD
Pros: better for bulking, better strength gains
Cons: more suppressive, more advanced PCT, still relatively new

Osta
Pros: great for any goal, gains are lean and can be kept easy, alot of research and human trials have been done.
Cons: still somewhat suppressive and PCT needed, gains are typically less.

I plan on doing 4-5 weeks (1 bottle). I am going to bulk and am going to start at eating around 3500-4000k calories a day (about 70% clean) and adjust lower if needed. I know lgd would be better for this but i dont like the fact that its more suppressive and seems to be harder on the body since i havent done anything like this. if i was to eat a solid bulking diet would osta still provide solid results? For example if osta could produce 7-8 pounds versus lgd around 10 pounds i would probably go with osta due to the fact its easier post cycle. To play it safe what would be the best on cycle support and PCT to make sure my body recovers quickly. I mainly want to get through this plateu then go back to lifting natty for a while and limit my use of PED's since I am not going to be a professional athlete or bodybuilder.
