Newbie here. Followed the link to this website from the Artisanal Toad's Hall blog, where he described the Bathmate.
I'm ready to purchase the Bathmate and one of the Sizegenetics or Phallosan today. All the programs I see listed, involve some manual exercises.
My question is this: can I get the same gains just by using the Sizegenetics and Bathmate together? Without doing any of the manual exercises?
Also, what rest period is needed for recovery? Sizegenetics, day on day off? Same for Bathmate? Do it daily, but take one or two days a week off?
