How Can I get Ray Diaz Ripped Year Round? - by: boss23

What's up fellas? I have recently put up a picture of my self asking about my body fat%. After reading the responses, I am guessing, I am between 12-15% bf which is pretty lean but not lean enough for me to have a killer jawline that I had when I was 18-19 years old (I was probably around 8-9% bf back then, I am 23 now).

I don't want to get into the whole jawline discussion since it seems to vary based on individuals, but for me personally, there is a DAY and NIGHT difference between when I am around 8%bf vs what I am right now.

My question to you guys is how (specifically what kind of diet) should I follow to get to Ray Diaz's jacked/rippedness?
