Chris is my cardio too intense? - by: Andrew Hicks

I've been working out everyday 15 minutes of lifting then 30 minutes of cardio and for the cardio my heart rate is usually between 175 and 200. I noticed on the fat loss article that it said fat loss zone of 120-140. Am I burning off muscle by having my heart rate so high even though I'm taking the BCAA's as directed?
