cant do more than 2 hours a day - by: realsystem

hi guys so I bought the SG device about a month ago and has been experimenting it since. I had a lot of slippage but it was completely solved with the velcro mod. however because I strap REALLY REALLY tightly to prevent slippage, my dick gets sore after two hours and it hurts SO SO much when I try taking it off. Also I put the tension really high by rotating the bars

The pain goes away after 5 - 10 minutes but i am afraid it will damage my dick if i put the device on for any longer.

Any suggestion on that? Should I lower the tension?
