Hey everyone , hope 2017 will be a Great Year for All .
I feel confident going into the New Year because this time I actually have a Game Plan of what I must Improve on. Improve my Looks through Diet / Gym is #1 ...... I just have a couple questions to make sure Im doing everything correct.
Is there any Benefits to Mega dosing BCAA's ? For example 1 serving in the Morning with Cardio , 1 serving before my workout , 1 serving during my workout and 1 serving post workout ?
I know this would seem pretty expensive but I met a guy who sells supplements for really cheap , the BCAA I buy from him is this one

Im Not an expert on supplements/ingredients but to me this seems like a Solid product , I would take 2 full scoops to get the best results and read many great reviews on this. I buy these very cheap so it would cost pennies per serving.
Please lmk your thoughts / opinions and advice on Mega dosing BCAA's , if its worth it and would I see better results ?
My Second question is -
Currently Im on the Keto Diet , is it a good idea to do a Morning Fast on the Keto diet ?
Reason I ask is because I Burn Kratom and for me it only works on a Empty stomach , if theres any food before or after then I dont feel any affects . What I did the past couple days was Burn Kratom and Fast all morning , then have my First Meal around 1-2pm .... couple hours later I have my workout and have my second meal after.
I read many good things about Fasting, supposedly it even raises testosterone levels , Im just not sure if Fasting all morning and the Keto Diet is a good or bad together . Please lmk your advice and thoughts on this .
