Hello everyone. I'd like to be somewhat anonymous so I just decided to call myself Banana.
I'd like to start of by saying thank you to all the guys on this forum and everyone being so supportive.

I've answered my introductory questions here:
* Where you are from?
I live in Australia and I am a phd student.
* How old are you?
I am 26 years old, 5'5'' minority at 18% BF.
* What are your goals?
My first priority goal this year is literally just to get rid of my virginity and to submit my phd thesis. My secondary goals are double plate bench for a 1RM and then and get to 10% BF. If I manage all that done I'd like to go on the AA program, but I feel that's a while away.
* If you could accomplish ONLY ONE THING in the next 12 months. What would it be?
Get laid. Even just once.
* How long have you been reading self-improvement stuff? Pickup/dating material?
I have been into this self improvement stuff for over a year. I managed to quit gaming for over 12 months and porn for 4 or 5.
I have been lifting for over a year, doing a lot of meditation, and it has dramatically helped out with my depression and anxiety.
* What are you main blockages?
While I feel pretty confident with my training regime and figuring out my nutrition, there is one thing that I have always been bad at and has given me some anxiety and it is being attractive to girls.
* What's your experience level, more importantly- what's your dating/sex life been like over the past few years?
My dating life is non existent and I am a hard case loser. I have not even been on the level where I've held hands with a girl. My social position has generally been nice guy with everyone in my vicinity, but I've never really had close friends that i hang out with outside school and university.

I heard of GLL from someone mentioning it on the TRP subreddit.
