I decided to make this thread so I can keep myself accountable with my weight loss. I'm going to be following the GLL fat loss diet. The hardest thing for me is sticking to a diet for a long time. So I'm gonna be complety honest even on days that I cheat. I'm also going to log my stats and my weight on daily basis. This first picture was taken 2/11/16 I weighed 208.8 My goal is to get down to 175.
