I immediately notice two things
1) These celebrities seem on average pretty well hung.
2) Marks indicating use of Bathmate or some similar device on many of the celeb's dicks (the mark always seems to be about where a normal sized penis' shaft would end, but the dick goes on another two inches or so).
It would make sense that celebrities often use penis extenders because
1) Their appearance is important to them, especially for models/actors looking for a big bulge
2) They'd have agents open to telling them about to benefits of penis enlargement
3) Celebrities have often proven themselves able to achieve fitness goals, so PE should be not too hard to commit to
