I've read your blog about "how to bulk without getting fat". You advice: "Get down to single digit body fat and then bulk till you are in the 10-12% range. Rinse and repeat."
As you can see by my pictures I am nowhere near single digit. I ordered a caliper but it not yet arrived but I guess I am at 13-15%. Am I right?
I started victor prides "Body of spartan" a few months ago and made a lot of progress in the beginning but now I feel like I only gain fat. My strength also improved but not a lot the last few weeks (most progress happened in the beginning).
Currently I am 83kg and 178cm (19 years old). I was underweight at 16 with 56kg at the same size.
Would you advice me to cut down, event tho I don't have that much muscle? A lot of guys I know in my social circle got less muscle than me but are single digit - 10% bf and look way better than me.
If I cut down, how would you advice me to approach this. Last summer I was "late" so I tried it quick and dirty - failed, felt like shit and the results weren't that good either.
This time I want to do it better. Summer starts officially in my country on 21. June 2017. Is single digit bf realistic from now to this date (based on the pictures)?
Should I stay on the victor pride program (5 days a week) when I cut down? Any advice/links to articles would be much appreciated.
