Hello, I have just graduated from mechanical engineering in Canada and GLL has delivered for me in so many areas in the last few years.
I tried the size genetics it did not work for me and then the Phallosan with limited success, from perspective of comfort and control decided to use my assets (namely, access to CNC machinery) to generate my own protective silicone replacement covers. Phallosan sells them AFAIK for $20 USD + shipping. I have extended the length of these by 3x which creates an excellent seal and added material in the front so the glans are well protected from bell suction force. The combination works excellent for me and has been used for 2 years now.
I used .500" I.D. and .060" wall and pour custom molds from off the shelf materials.
When I need a new condom, or gasket, which I make both and have perfected both, I simply pour it and probably use $50 of silicone per year and switch them out every 2 weeks. I would like to deliver the molds, not the condoms, to the GLL community, which are made out of MDF and very easy to use. You mix A and B 50% each and pour and wait 4 hours and have new condoms/gaskets. If you are interested post so my PM doesn't get full, and I have no idea what the response will be like or what Chris will say. Attached is a picture of final product.
I want to sell the molds so people can pour their own products. I'm thinking around $100 each, they are not shown, the final set silicone product is shown.

** this is an old rev of gasket, which was not a great design but demonstrates the concept. Typically this set of items last me a month. I would actually say not to buy the Phallosan, just get some PVC plumbing supply and use the above, it is the same thing. Can post pics of that as well.
