Yo guys, I am sick of this "soft" body that I have developed over the past several months due to too many carbohydrates. Not only has my body turn soft, but more importantly my face. I am not really "skinny fat", I am around 13-14%bf (I think), but my face looks soft af (lost all the definition on my face that was once there).
I am going to totally revamp my diet, and let me know what you guys think.
Btw here is my body right now (its from a few weeks ago, but hasn't changed much since, just slightly leaner):

5 meals/day (6 days a week); on Sunday I will be doing intermittent fasting and just eat 1 meal around 5 pm (I will have my 1 "cheat" dessert/meal per week on this day:
1. Protein shake: 20-25 gram protein powder, blueberries, 1 banana, acai powder,1tbs of the following: goji berry powder, cacao powder, green powder, maca powder
2. 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbs. coconut oil, 1 sweet potato
3. 2 can sardines, 1 cup jasmine rice, 1 tbs. olive oil, Joe Rogan kale shake
4. 2 can sardines, apple, 1 cup spinach
5. 1 cup carrots, 6 oz steak, 1 cup blueberries
I will be doing empty stomach cardio every day for about 30-45 min, followed by the protein shake. I will then lift weights right after my protein shake and eat meal #2 after lifting. 3,4 and 5 are going to be spaced out for the rest of the day. I am trying to save the starchy carbs around my workout. So cardio and lifting 6 days per week. Sunday is rest day with intermittent fasting.
