So a couple of weeks ago, I was fooling around and realised that I can move my balls voluntarily. Trying to exercise them since then and I already feel I have more control. I want to know is someone here more experienced than me, so he can tell me a couple tips like different cremaster muscles exercises; isolating them from the abdomen; can I over-train and/or anything else.
