I'm 32 years old and my libido is pretty much non-existant. I went to get my hormones checked and the Dr said everything is normal. I work out and have a lean/muscular body and attract a lot of girls physically, but I developed a fear of getting intimate bcuz of my lack of wanting to have sex. It's difficult to achieve an orgasm from intercourse or by hand.

Will a sexual relationship not thrive without the guy being able to achieve an orgasm? Will a women be disappointed if I can't ejaculate during sex? BTW.. I have no issues getting erect it just the inability to achieve an orgasm that is the problem. What can I do?
