I thought I would post what I use at the moment for the gym.
I have been going on and off for months now going to try to take it a bit more serious this year.
My supplement stacked :
I have some creatine as well now with some coffee before the gym.
I use alexander cortes muscle-massing program at the moment on his FB group since the start of Feb.

I don't have a before and after but I think the gym has helped a lot with my health and self-discipline.
I checked my calorie intake and its roughly 1800-1900. A good calculator for that - www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator/.
Typical eating habits, for example:
Breakfast - whey protein and porridge with full-fat milk, fruit like banana and apple.
coffee and green tea through the day at work.
Lunch - Tuna salad and fruit.
Tea - Chicken and noodles Chinese style.
Creatine before gym and whey protein with full-fat milk after the gym.
On top of this, I would eat whole eggs 1- 3 with my lunch and tea.
I train 4 -5 times a week.
I don't do any cardio. I just run to the gym and back which is a few minutes away from where I live.
I do weighted ab exercises 3 times a week e.g. leg raises with dumbells and Ab pulldown and with a normal ab routine.
The goal is to get cut and have low body fat percentage and gain muscle as well.
Still work in progress and long way to go yet.
