SUGAR is the problem i guess - by: chax

I 'am doing the low carb high fat diet. But no matter how hard I try I cant kick sugar. I dont want to use those other AS like sugralose or aspertame but stevia does not seem that bad. I have even started to drink that cola made with stevia. I have not had a problem kicking junk food which makes me think that was never the problem in the first place. My question is
are there better alternatives to sugar that any one can think of?
When if I break my diet is it better to start over or continue on the next day?
