Working the same body part everyday?! - by: bigpoppa2387

Okay this is general question for anbody. So last month all I focused on was legs I did legs for 4 weeks straight. Nothing but legs everyday I would workout maybe 4 to 5 times a week. I also try to do a 5k on the treadmill once a week.The first couple of leg sessions I had I was sore but after a week I guess my body got used to it. My legs press went from 360lbs for 10 reps to 540lbs for 5 reps! I was also able to squat 185lbs for the first time? My legs have definitely gotten stronger. I plan on doing the same routines focusing on chest and back this time any of you guys have any experience with this? I'm not really lean so it's hard to see the gains but my legs look like they have been growing.
