Just read some information , note out what CAN YOU APPLY ON DAILY BASIS
And then apply and evaluate after some time if it gets you results
What do I mean?
Instead of reading for hours and hours about improving penis - get some basic information like :
stretch for 5 minutes every day, do 100 jelqs and put the dick in penis pump for 5 minutes
And then forget about researching , about get hung forum ,about different routines and all that shit
Just focus on DOING
I ll try to improve this way and only this way , fuck reading too much
What I applied from gll already :
- throw the fucking carb sources from your house. Buy a shit load of meat,vegetables and eggs. Maybe some cheese
Eat only this and see if you're losing weight.
-stretch dick for 5 minutes , do 100 jelqs , pump in bathmate for 10 minutes - dont read shit about PE until you did that for a few weeks

I remember when I wanted to get ripped and all the hours I spent on reading about 1000 different stupid diets
Now I changed approach and started to see results.
If you could help a brother out and recommend some thing TO DO on daily basis - give me suggestions
It may be connected to looking better every day , getting your dick bigger, getting more shit done etc
