Hey guys, let me start off by saying BM stretches are amazing and I'm definitely seeing positive results. Tonight though was weird and scared me a bit. I went a little longer than usual, 10 minutes instead of the usual 6 minutes, and after I was done I started feeling lightheaded and then my breathing felt strange, almost as if it was prolonged. It's now 2 hours after my workout and I still feel a little out of it but I'm going to sleep and hopefully that'll clear things up. But, since this concerns me I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this or something similar.
