Hello all,
I am currently 246 lbs, carry 18 % body fat and not sure how to properly shred.
Goal (not for right now) would be to get down to AT LEAST 225 lbs and 15 % body fat before making a decision of if I want to go further.
I am not the fattest or biggest person, however I am not satisfied with what I see in the mirror. While my work ethic when I hit the gym is pretty solid, my eating habits leave a lot to be desired. Suggestion PLEASE?
