Ive been following GLL for a while, maybe 2 or 3 years? I feel right at home listining to this stuff. Pick-up, lifting, dieting, style, sports.
About Me:
I am 31 from Ontario California, 6'2" 260, good looking, good ammount of mass. I play a shit load of recreational hockey, both roller and ice 3to4 days a week. My main goal for the last 3 years has been to get better faster leaner.
I recently gained about 20lbs these past 2 months due to a wrist injury, and that made something inside of me snap. I was a gym rat before hockey, heavily into body building, sold nutrition supplements online, and to my friends. I currently am dieting like a beast, 40-100 carbs / 1g of protein per 2.2 lbs of body weight per day. I cant lift right now because my wrist is messed up, but had been back in the gym for 2 weeks before my injury, so to stay focused I started hitting cardio, stepping it up to about 15 hours of cardio a week, (progressively, and counting hockey) for the last 3 weeks while listening to Chris' podcasts, which is what has brought me here. I want to get below my lowest weight ever which was about 228. I have ADHD which is a curse and a blessing. I have to give things 110% or I lose focus. I recently am convinced that I broke the AA barrier, but social freedom and style is more what Im hoping to gain from being a member of this community.
