Larger gains with 3*5 minutes sessions instead of 12-15 min. full session? - by: rcdnvn

I was wondering if it's better do 3 sessions 5 minutes each, or just go for the full 12 min session.

I know each body's different, I noticed that the temporary gains ( even though they last only a few minutes), are larger when I do 3*5 minutes.
