I am noticing great growth in the shaft, but my head is staying small. I think that has to do with the fact I am wearing the VLC tugger cone, which gives it a very vertical narrow shape.

I would really like to get a wider glans. For now my plan is to order a bigger cone and see how that works. What else, any suggestions ?
