Another dumb question Rounds? - by: Andrew Hicks

Whenever I workout I tend to do rounds of the same exercises like 5 sets of 8-12 reps for example bicep curls then the same with lat pull down then rows etc. then I will repeat the process usually about 3 times or so and I'm just wondering if I should continue to do that or not I'm just trying to get as much hypertrophy possible and wondering if it would mya difference if I just did each exercise 1 time instead of doing rounds.
