I believe it called for or two cans of canned chicken mixed with a tablespoon of mayonnaise seasoned how you wanted with up to a half cup of tomatoes, or anything else. I see it got removed from the updated weight loss plan. I've been thinking about this dish because it helped me get really lean in 2015 and I liked eating it.
