Hey guys, I've been doing a decent routine of 15 mins in my x40 xtreme (using the hand pump) followed immediately by 6 minutes of BM stretches, then followed immediately with 5 minutes of manual stretches. Been feeling pretty good so far but my question is, is this enough per day? I usually do it at 6am before I leave for work, but I was also thinking of doing a stretch routine at night.
My question is, is 6 minutes of BM stretches followed by 5 minutes of manual enough per day or am I doing too little? I've seen other forums where guys have done upwards of 30 minutes of BM stretches and another 30 of manual but I can't see myself doing that much due to fatigue.
I'd be interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this since I'm always trying to better my daily routine.
