HELP Read My Hormone Panel - by: ETA

I finally did a complete hormonal panel test.
I'd be glad if anyone(DC7 ? ) helped me read it.
The only thing out of range was my cholesterol.
LDL Cholesterol Calc 105 HIGH 0-99 mg/dL

And Testosterone:
Testosterone, Free/Tot Equilib
Testosterone, Serum 668 348-1197 ng/dL

Testosterone,Free 15.16 5.00-21.00 ng/dL 02
% Free Testosterone 2.27 1.50-4.20 % 02
But I hadn't jacked off in 4-5 days, so my normal test level might be even lower.
I do take L-Arginine and DAA regularly(but not in the 24 hours prior to taking the test)
