I know it's much to ask but is there a way to get ripped while going gym only 2 times a week??
I take Muay Thai classes 3 times a week(tuesday, wednesday and friday) and i want to hit gym on monday and thursday. I haven't been in the gym before so i don't really know what equipment should i use and how.
I've done little bit workout at home every day for a week "levereged 20pushups, levereged 20diamond pushups, rest for 30 seconds and then repeat. 30 crunches, 30 hip raises, while legs are 90°, wait for 30 seconds and then repeat." So i should be able to handle gym pretty well. Mostly i want to work on my upperbody(abs, chest etc.) but i dont want skinny legs![:D :D]()
