I received my phenibut on the 12th of February. I started out all the low doses, but did not notice much, i assumed this was because i have a high tolerance to it, like most things.
I bumped the doses up to about 2-3g, where i would notice a spike in my energy and i found my self noticeably becoming more sociable and stepping out of my comfort zone. I was really enjoying the experience. The last dose i took of phenibut was about 4g, i never experienced any negative side effects.
However on the 21st i woke up with random hives on my right leg and left arm, i had not done anything else out of the ordinary.
Is this a possible side effect of phenibut? Am i allergic to it, or is it something else?
