Finishing Up The Ultimate Newbie Bathmate Routine..... - by: dnsty

I've followed the Ultimate Newbie Bathmate routine to a T and am currently less than a week away from finishing it up. I'm looking for a little direction moving forward. From what I've gathered, its more of the same in terms of stretching, jelqing, and the Bathmate after the break in period.

The big things I'm wondering are if I should be increasing the usage of the Bathamte in terms of days used or not? I know I want two days off in a week but under the Newbie routine, it only calls for the Bathmate either 2 or 3 times a week.Should I be using it more often now that it's been broken in? Say 4 or maybe 5?

Also, the Newbie routine said not to jelq and use the bathmate together but it sounds like that is something that can be beneficial moving forward?? Can anyone speak on this or share a good routine in terms of how long and how often? I think I saw somewhere to jelq for 5-10 minute right before the Bathmate and then use that for another 10 but I don't know where I saw that or if this should be done multiple times a week? Lastly how would stretching fit into this routine?
