I've recently been forced into a situation where I need to do more cardio. I'm concerned about losing muscle but also want to be able to recover as fast as I can. In the past I've played around with injectable amino acids. I'm going to be revisiting this and will document my research.
GAC
"GAC" is an abbreviation for glutamine/arginine/carnitine. More specifically, the "L" variety of each. All of these aminos are bioavailable orally but the absorption levels are reduced. GAC has a concentration of 25mg l-glutamine/100mg l-arginine/250mg l-carnitine per mL. My plan is to inject 1mL of this solution intramuscular prior to cardio first thing in the morning.
l-Ornithine/l-Theanine
This is going to be a little experiment on my part. I am going to be injecting 100mg/200mg ornithine/theanine prior to bed. The goal behind this is to repair my muscle tissue and body as well as improve quality of sleep.
I will keep everyone updated on this thread.
