Would using Barlean's Greens (the supp Chris recommends) still provide us with the same- or almost the same- nutrition as eating actual fruits and veggies?
Asking because I'm on a bulk and finding it's a bitch to fit in all that extra fruits/veggies that hardly go toward my calorie goal. But I don't want to cut them out for obv health reasons
