Been doing the fat loss diet and it's amazing...but then I inevitably go on a date and have a few drinks and it totally stalls out the fat loss.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to counter that? Ugh I hate to start going on coffee dates...totally lessens the chances of getting laid
but I don't want to keep spinning my wheels either. Anyone ever have that issue?
