So my wife, in a very serious tone, commented that I'm completely losing my "once excellent" ass. This on top of going bald is killing me.
I have made several half-assed (pun intended) attempts at the gym to focus on stopping my old-man-ass thing from happening (I'm 39) and got minimal results.
I tried squats with weights (got a wrist injury and had to stop that) and squat machine and that butt machine thing that chicks at the gym usually use.
Is there anything else I should try and how often do I need to do this?
Will supplements help with this?
