So for a while now ive been trying to workout , Using bodyweight only and kettlebells and I can just never finish a workout , I have the discipline to eat good , getting enough water etc but when it comes to working out I just cant , wethor its laziness or strength issues im not sure , Its not even as if im going to the gym and doing heavy weights im just trying to do bodyweight / kettlebells.
Im not really sure what im asking here , I want to be able to finish and progress in my workouts I guess , Ive been consistently doing some kind of workout (Bodyweight or kettlebells) for a while but never finish a program / workout and don't seem to progress.
Im 6FT around 170 pounds skinnyfat if that makes a difference.
