well...like most of you here in the GLL base camp.. ive decided to add some length to the trouser snake!!
my question is, with "recovery" being of such high importance when doing PE. Chris, do you recommend any particular supplements to aid in recovery?? like with lifting, would creatine, amino acids ect... help???
