What's up losers. I'm 20 years old from Metairie Louisiana. I recently got sober and more recently started getting over the anxiety and depression I used to get high to cover up. What little material I've read of the site has helped out a ton (kratom, bathmate, screening mentality) and I've just been half assing it. I figured its time to really dive in and drink the kool-aid so I've started the fat loss diet and am now starting the approach anxiety program. If there was only one thing I could accomplish it would be beating approach anxiety as my main problem is just fear of approach, not as much worrying about the outcome anymore but just not knowing what to say and not feeling comfortable in the situation because of a lack of experience doing it sober. My sex life hasn't been bad, but I can see I'm underachieving. I'm a good looking guy especially since depression cut a good 20 pounds off me (always a silver lining), but typically I'll only get laid in a relationship or a situation where I'm around a girl for an extended period of time so I get comfortable with her (I have the tendency of shitting where I work). Really I'm looking to get to the point where I believe I can get laid or at least get something going with a girl regardless of the situation. Looking forward to getting as much out of it as I can
