Okay so this might be some where in the forums or blog posts but I can't find it, granted I use my phone to browse. I was wondering if there is a post somewhere that lists foods to eat to lose body fat, mostly a low carb diet. Some guidelines or a list of foods that one can eat to burn fat or stay in fat loss mode whole either trying to maintain or gain a little weight or at least not gain as much fat. Basically a list of food that can sum of a lot of calories (2500-3200) with not so many carbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
