Hey guys, I'm gunna start documenting my progress again. Tbh, I've actually been working on the program since like november, i just didnt wanna post for personal reasons. I've been going at a slow pace as I've come into personal hurdles like depression, higher than average social anxiety, self-esteem issues and what not. I was working on the AA program last summer, but I was also cutting fat with the gll diet and using lipodrene. During that period I developed some serious self-esteem issues where I outright hated myself almost everyday and had serious anxiety which was exacerbated by excessive fat burner usage. So I had to over come that shit first, but now I'm back on the AA program. I left off on day 10 (movies drill) during sometime in June. Today i just finished day 23 (sesame street drill), and I noticed how much I don't care if some bitch is rude or whatever. So I really encourage any guy who's having serious troubles with the first two weeks to deal with whatever issue it is that's holding you back. It's a very liberating feeling to do these drills without the feelings that choke you up and make you scared for your life. Chris didn't lie when hes said that you need to get other personal issues fixed first before you plan on doing this program. I can confirm this.
