Hi. Im on roids, so luckily I dont get fat but I maintain my 18-20% Body fat.
I start the diet 1 week good, than I fuck up once and from there its a non stop. It's like a self-sabotage my results.
Like I go full junk food a particular day and promise myself to start dieting the next day. Next day comes and same shit again and a endless cycle starts.
I don't know if I am afraid of success or what, but I definatly need some advice. Thanks
