Just curious what would you guys recommend to recover adrenals. I know Chris did something similar. I think there shot. Iv'e always been incredibly tired if i don't set an alarm i sleep 20+ hours. Today I slept 16 and still felt like shit.
It's hard for me to function without caffeine. I'm doing low carb and eat pretty healthy. I think I have to cut out caffeine but anything can i substitute for physical work and energy? I don't want to be dragging.
Maybe ephedrine is a good alternative? I have heard there is information that it helps or hurts the adrenals also. Maybe red fat burner but i'm assuming that has caffeine in it.
