So those of you that recognize and might had read my BM log. You may have seen that I have been frustrated recently by the apparent lack of growth and the tendency towards injuries. I feel that the BM, although a great thing, isn't going to give me the results that I want to see.
So I figure if I want to change my outcomes, they wont change if I continue to do the same thing. I could reintroduce jelqing on a more regular basis, but I think that as I have done before it wont give the radical change I'm looking for. I have played with clamping before in a very small way, this offers me a high intensity exercise with the possibilities of further exercises following from it. I think I may give it a go keep a log so you guys can see how things get on. If anyone has any experience with clamping that you would like to share, please feel free to share.

I've nicked this from another site to save everyone here some time from creating another account just to view a picture. Behold - the SG velcro mod. Hi guys. I finally recovered from my varicocele operation and I'm ready to get serious with PE. I got both the SizeGenetics and the Bathmate. I've done PE before but I had to stop my program to recover from the operation. I've got some decent results, but because I haven't done PE for a while the results reverted back. I actually got to 7,5 in(19 cm) at one point, now I'm back to 7 in(17,5 cm) . Still got some plasma retention from the operation, but it should go away soon. This is why I will postpone bathmate for a while.

I'll start first with completing the beginner routine for SizeGentics. I couldn't use it before because of my foreskin, now that I got a VLC tugger the problem is gone. As soon as I finish the beginner routine I'll add the Bathmate into the mix.

So here we go.

Hello Guys,

I'm new here but question is simple - could you tell me is it possible to gain ANYTHING (lenght or grith) with Phallosan Forte only? I mean without any additional PE (jelqing, streching etc) and other devices (bathmate etc). I'm askin because I've been using it for 3 months, almost 12 hours per day and see... NOTHING! I'm rly disappointed :(

Hey there everyone,

I'll get right to the point, having trouble getting my hours in with Sizegenetics. was curious if anyone knew if you could sleep with it on OR if anyone has tried that??

I have had a hard time getting my hours in, I thought if I wear it for an hour or two before I go to bed and then sleep with it on, that'll be a great way to get my hours in.

Hello everyone, I am new here and wanted to share my results. I started penis enlargement on December 2015 with the bath mate and gained half an inch in girth in 1 month. Then in May I bought the Phallosan Forte extender and in 1 month I have already gained 1.5 inches in flaccid length and .4 inches in flaccid girth. I believe my erect length is at 5.5 and started at 5. My erect girth is at 5.2 started at 4.5. This morning I woke up with a pretty good hang flaccid at 5.5 inches length and 5 inches in girth. I wear my extender for 9-10 hours six days a week. Overall I am stoked with the results. I want to thank you Chris for all the videos you shared on YouTube. They have been a tremendous help.

I have been using the PF for about 6 months now on yellow tension for 6-7 hours a night, and am not seeing any gains. Does it take longer than this? I am starting to loose hope in the PF. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Good evening

Just made a mod using the phallosan. I have used it this way before(about 2 years ago) but then just stopped as i didn't see any gains after about 3 months. Gonna start trying again and add some stretching to see if i can gain .5 to 1.0 inch in about 8-12 months.

Hope this helps guys who can't wear it for hours on end with the SG alone and also don't like using the belt provided with PF.

Parts needed...

-PF bell and dick sleeve
-SG elongation rods, strap and basal ring

This is a bit of trial and error as you need to get your desired tension before slapping on the strap round your tackle. Also you need to obviously thread your dong through the ring before rolling back the condom.

Hi all,

Just a quick post indicating what I am doing in my routine and any advice would be great. If anyone wants to follow this, feel free.

Phallosan Forte for 6 hours a day followed by stretching for 15/20 mins incorporating the guide on Chris's newbie stretch routine followed by jelqing for 10 mins. After this I pop in the bathmate for 20 mins then strap into the PF for 3 hours to keep the elongation.

I use the PF for 6 days a week and only do my stretching/jelqing 3 times a week. I try to kegel when jelqing but I am not sure If I am clenching at the correct interval but I will perservere. Also, I aim to use the bathmate 5-6 days a week.

I read a lot of stories of using an extender and while some people have good experiences and make some heavy duty gains, a fair few gain piss all unless they get some jelqing, BM and manual stretching in. I think using the PF is like a finishing off exercise instead of a primary method of gaining but shoot me down if I am wrong. I make no claims of knowing lots about PE which is why I take on board any advice.

N.B I started with an SG back in 2012/13 and got discouraged as I logged a fair few hours and got bupkiss but I am going in for a ore hardcore approach compared to what I did the first time around.

New guy here with a quick SG question.

Can anyone speak to the effectiveness of wearing the SG intermittently vs a continual timespan?

For example, is wearing the SG for 3 hours in the morning, 3 hours at noon & 3 hours in the evening comparable to wearing it for 9 hours straight, all things being equal?

Other than a brief Osta-red cycle, I've never taken anything.

Im looking for a outfit for winter, Im starting my wardrobe off so I want it to be very versatile so I can start off with one "Perfect look" but then add another pair of jeans and it works, some different shoes and it works, t shirts / hoodies etc. and slowly build up.

if you guys could just post some examples of pictures that would be great, @Podlas advice would be great as I know your working pretty heavy on style and your living in Poland as well.

Im 6FT around 175 pounds but I'm thinking of getting boots + adding insoles if I could get to 6"1 or 6"2 even I think that would take me from average / just above average to closer to the top end of height. so any advice on this would be great too

I feel like I have struggled with this even back in my college days where I was going out to bars alone and never really the guy that was pregaming with cool people or the 20% crowd GLL talked about. In the past couple years I have experimented a bit with social life but it has fallen flat on its face a lot of times.

Even though my dating life has improved due to dating apps, I feel like social life outside of dating has always been a struggle.

1. Tried a youth church in my city since it is Atlanta and religion is pretty big in the south. Made friends with some decent people but things like drinking, sex before marriage and living the player lifestyle were frowned upon. I found that people were willing to sit down and have coffee with me but not any friends I could go out to bars and clubs with. Did make one friend who invited me and his old crew out for a couple outings but he ended up getting a bit jealous when I got a job at a company he wanted to work for.

2. Chatting up bartenders and bar workers which has failed hard. Most are too busy working or trying to get tips/cash to bother with a friendship, plus they kind of feel like I have ulterior motives which in some ways I actually might because it be cool to have some nightlife workers as friends.

3. Intramural sports which have sucked as well. I find that I rarely make friends through these and after the season ends, everyone just leaves and moves on. A couple have connected with me on social media but no real friendships such as going out to speak of.

4. Neighbors. I lived in a younger part of Atlanta but found that most neighbors were only interested in a small talk at most and that was it. Outside of the small talk, they were not open to doing much else or anything beyond that.

The worst part is that the new friendships I did make turned into jealousy once I started doing well with girls.

Once I got more matches on dating apps and brought girls to some of the events, the guys would get angry at me and call me sleazy for having new girls over. A lot of them dissed dating apps and cold approach, saying it is sleazy and "real men" get married with kids after they have graduated college. I think it could have just been a southern thing but I found that guys were not very welcoming of a player type or guy that gets laid in their friend group. Most of these guys settled into LTRs or were looking for a wife while being in their early 20s, some even tried talking me out of the player lifestyle talking about how toxic it is.

Coworkers have been the worst too, a lot of them were lazy haters who wanted to sit at home or go to a local bar to watch football. A lot of them were also getting envious when I did things with my life like going out to a club, going out to a real bar where the hot girls were at or getting nice pics done in order to get more matches on online dating. All of them just wanted to eat burgers and drink beer while watching football and EVEN WORSE boring as fuck baseball!

I don't want to make friends with dudes past the age of 30 in most cases who are in a different stage of life but I want to know what my mid and late 20 something cool folks are doing.

Its like I either get laid a lot and sacrifice friendships or I either conform, stop chasing pussy and make friends with insecure jealous dudes who think LTRs are saintly.

Any way to sleep around with randoms but also make cool new friends along the way with guys who aren't uptight or wanting to crucify you for it? How?

or straight 12 min session followed by firegoat roll
