18 weeks In, Could use some advice - by: dnsty

Hey guys I'm finishing up my 18th week and not really seeing any lasting results out of the Bathmate. I'm guessing everyone is different so I'll keep plugging along but I am getting a little discouraged. A get a good 3/4 inch gain in the BM but it doesn't stay. After completing the Newby routine, I've now settled into this one;

warm up with heating pad
1. Stretch and jelq for 10-15 minutes.
2. Bathmate for 6 min
3. jelq for a couple of minutes
4. Bathmate for 6 min
5. jelq for a couple minutes
6. Bathmate for 6 minutes
7. jelq for a couple of minutes
8. cool down with heating pad for a few minutes

I get a good .75 inch gain in the Bathmate but I don't think it really stays with me too long after using it. Any advice or do I just need to be patient?

Also, I've seen some references to Bathmate stretches but don't know what that is?? All in all I'd be psyched with an inch gain. Just don't know how to get there.
