Finals are coming up. I literally haven't done anything for school all semester, not even going to the classes except for the mandatory ones. I just can't be bothered anymore, but dropping out is not an option since I have only one year left, and I know I can get everything done in one month if I set my mind to it. Passing everything now will free up time in the summer, so that will be my motivation.
If I had the discipline to study a little bit every day, I wouldn't have to go into monk mode now and do everything in an inhuman amount of time. But it is what it is. I'm going to do 30DOD again, with the primary goal of passing 7 exams, and writing 3 papers in two months time.
Money-making goals are on hold but I keep the gym stuff going. I'm running a slightly modified version of 30DOD, as you will see.
1) Eat 3100 calories/day, clean food
I know 30DOD is geared mostly towards fat people who need to lose weight, so I modify the first one to suit my bulking needs. All clean foods though, no cookies, frozen pizza, or any other crap.
2) Wake up at 5 AM
3) Cold showers
4) No masturbation or porn
5) Physical exercise
Every morning I do core/ab exercises and posture exercises, on top of my weekly gym routine.
6) To-do list
Will be mostly study-oriented.
That's it. I realize I deleted half the program but I already do habits 7-12 anyway. This is not the first time I've done this although I've gotten weak with the above habits.
