Hey Fellas,
I find that I can't think straight like I use to (I spoke with my doctor and verified that I don't have ADHD/ADD). Doctor said it sounds more like anxiety.
Possible causes: Lost and had to cut off a lot "friends" and some family. All this happened around my relative "success" when people started being weird, passive-aggressive or constant put-downs that were no longer subtly.
I also thought it could be mild depression + anxiety (and possible Low Testosterone)
Symptoms:
- Distracting thoughts when trying to learn
- Can't sleep well
- No motivation to do anything (like working on future goals like a language I was good at), I am/was considered a very driven guy
What works:
- Working out helps clear my mind (but I have to keep working out)
- Nootropics (like L-Tyrosine has been very effective for focusing)
My supplements:
- Multivitamin
- Fish Oil
- Vitamin B-complex (sometimes)
- Nootropics (based on day or night)
- Magnesium
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
