Victor Pride recommends this. Drinking something like 6 raw eggs with or without yolk from a glass as a superior protein shake.
Is this really safe (he says keep the shell away from the glass to stop salmonella)? I remember I blended a whole bunch of eggs with bulletproof coffee (yes) a few months ago and feeling like I was gonna throw up for hours after.
But I would love to replace whey protein shakes if at all possible as much as possible especially given how I don't eat meat anymore (aside from eggs if you count it as such of course)
