So I'm trying to gain weight, and due to my sporadic work schedual, sometimes I'll be called into work in the morning, earlier than I was supposed to, and around fifteen minutes to a half hours notice. This doesn't really give me any real time to slap together a breakfast that fills out my needs for the day. So my question is does any one have any breakfast plans that can fill out my dietary needs for the morning that I can put together in under ten minutes.
