So I've been lifting over 3 years now. I got chubby in elementary school, and then as I got to high school, I started running a lot and got skinny fat. Started lifting seriously around my senior year of high school and now I'm getting into my Junior year of college.
Fitness and bodybuiling has definitely become a passion of mine in addition to my music major, as I'm in the process of getting a personal training license.
Anyways, I've decided to officially start cutting for the first since I started lifting. Technically I went on a minicut once, but I don't count that since I only did it for a month and went right back to my lean bulk. I'll post some pics of me around 182-4lbs. My current goal is to get down to 170 and see how that looks. I'm thinking that I'll get down to around 165 in the end.
The diet that I'm using is CKD. For the minicut I was using the carb-backloading style of dieting, so I just wanted to try something new this time.
